All of you have what it takes to succeed at your weight loss goals, you just have to have the right attitude. You may be overweight at the moment, in fact you may have been overweight for years, but this does not mean you have to STAY overweight. Everyone has the power inside to do it. The real secret to losing weight is not just eating the right foods or making sure you exercise. The number one success secret is to believe that you can do it. If you do NOT believe that you CAN lose weight, you never will. This time don't let any previous failures put you off. Look ahead, start believing in your self and this time nothing will stop you. To help you with your new weight loss positive attitude, I've included a wonderful pasta recipe and two articles on "Keeping New Year's Resolutions" and "Healthy Shopping."
