The new year always brings around a desire for a new start and a wish to get rid of those holiday pounds that may have been put on. How about it? Does that sound familiar to you too? Make yourself a promise to set yourself specific small goals each week and to try something new each week and I just know you will be looking great! you grow some more pounds. "You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself." by
