Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

Today is Fat Tuesday. Great name isn't it? The day you can eat all you want. A day to celebrate and to eat your fill of every food and snack you love. But should you? Not really! Will you? I hope not.

If you have been eating healthy, the best and healthiest way to celebrate the day is to keep on doing things right. If you are choosing to start a diet with the Lenten season, a binge is not really a good way to begin. If you give up something you love for Lent than have a little something of what you like but don't go overboard. You'll only feel guilty afterwards.

Be sure to read the article called Writing To Lose Weight.  I've also included an article with information on successful weight lossHave a good week!

Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy!

Pat

Easy Tip Of The Week:

Always plan ahead. If you take the time to prepare your breakfast, lunch and dinner, you become a little more in control of your daily caloric intake. Fast food places count on lack of time and planning to take advantage of your need to eat food on the go.

Exercise

Exercise is important to add muscle to your body because muscle burns up calories 18 times faster then fat does on your body.  So, add more muscle, your metabolism is increased, and you can burn off more calories per day.
