Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's day and didn't celebrate it with food and chocolate. But if you did don't let it discourage you just put it behind you and get a great start for today.

An excellent way to make up for setbacks in your program is to exercise. An increase in physical activity is a very important part of your weight management program. Physical activity improves your muscle/fat ratio - thus raising metabolism for easier weight management - and boosts your motivation to maintain the weight you lose.  A program of regular exercise is relied on by a majority of dieters who have successfully lost and maintained weight. Additionally, exercise has a benefit of reducing risks of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, beyond that produced by weight reduction alone. Start exercising slowly, and gradually increase the intensity. You will see the pounds start to roll off and your energy leverl increase.

Be sure to read the article called Why Do You Eat?.  I've also included an article with information on How To Get The Most Out Of A Home WorkoutHave a good week!

Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy!
