Surround yourself with supportive people. Decide what kind of support you need. Do you want them to remind you to exercise or just ask about your progress? Do you want them to participate with you regularly or occasionally or just allow you time to exercise by yourself? Its best to share your activity time with others by making a date with a family member, friend or co-worker. This will also make you an active role model for your children.

You can prepare any the ingredients either by hand or using a food
processor, depending on what texture you like your salsa. I like to chop my
scallions very thin by hand. I seed and chop half of my tomatoes by hand; the
other half I puree (seeds and all) in my food processor. I also use my food
processor to mince the peppers, yellow onion, garlic, and cilantro. Mix
everything in a medium bowl. Add lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
Stir it up and serve!
