What you eat. 2. How you eat. 3. Your behavior. 4. Your activity level. You should also ask yourself how long you can live this way. If you can’t imagine staying on a particular plan until you reach your goal weight, try something else. Going on and off the same plan again and again leads to yo-yo dieting. I know that sometimes it is hard to stay motivated to exercise and I happened across an excellent program that will help you learn to love exercise. You may want to take a look at it here.
