Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

I hope you are all having a great week. Keep focused on the fact that Spring is in a couple of weeks and we will see those flowers start to bloom and green leaves on the trees once again. But in the meantime...I thought I would write about the changes that take place within us as we follow a weight loss program.

The process of losing weight should result in a healthier way of living. When you stay on your diet and make healthy choices both in nutrition and fitness, they will become permanent, good habits. You will find yourself enjoying vegetables, feeling good when you exercise, and notice that you're thirsty for that refreshing water.

Choosing to live a healthful lifestyle has many benefits.

  • You will lose weight.

  • You will build your self confidence.

  • You will physically feel better.

  • You will be able to move more and for a longer period.

  • People will associate you with healthy things.

The healthy new you will leave that unhealthy old one far behind.

Be sure to read the article on tips to jumpstart your diet and I've included an article on the benefits of a positive approach to weight loss.

Until next week...stay on your plan and stay healthy!

Pat

Easy Tip Of The Week:

Pick a weight loss program that works with your lifestyle. If it feels too extreme or like too much of a stretch, then it won't work for you.

Exercise

When you develop healthier eating and physical activity habits, it will most likely result in a loss of body fat even though the scale may indicate that you weigh the same. Learn to pay more attention to improvements in how you feel, in your self-esteem, and in your physical appearance
