The best way to celebrate St. Patrick's day when you are eating healthy is to eat lean corned beef, boil potatoes and use butter spray, and don't forget plenty of green vegetables. You can celebrate too!. If you're going out...drink lite beer and cut your wine with club soda or diet seven up...and dance, dance, dance. When you are going through your week visualize your success and you will achieve it. Visualize what you want to be and you will be it. Visualize your good habits and they will become part of you.
