Have you eaten too much? Have you ate something you think you shouldn't have? Do you even think oh well I will start again tomorrow or Monday or next month or even next year? STOP DOING THAT TO YOURSELF! So what if you made an error in judgment. So what if you temporarily lost control. Just continue on with your good work. Don't ever let a slip up stop you. Don't put it off. Think about what you did and why and try to learn something from it. Maybe in the future you could do something else. Please don't put off your healthier life. Start now. Don't procrastinate. Just keep going. Be sure to read the article on why you should count calories. I've also included an article on setting reasonable weight loss goals. Have a wonderful Easter! Try reducing the size of the portions you eat and giving up regular soda for a week. Once you have that down, start gradually introducing healthier foods and exercise into your life. At home, at the gym, or while playing sports, participate in both aerobic and strength building activities on a regular basis. Not only does the exercise itself burn calories, but your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you stop exercising.
