And now that the weather is beginning to break it give us the chance to exercise outdoors and we are able to add fresher tasting fruits and vegetable to out diets. Be sure to use these conditions to your advantage. One of our readers asked a question about before bedtime snacking. Don't deny yourself the snack. The secret is to plan for that nightly snack each day when you are planning your daily food intake. Measure whatever you planned to eat and then you can enjoy it without the guilt of feeling like you're cheating. Try not to eat heavy foods. Crisp celery, rice cakes or fruit are always good choices.
