My daughter is graduating from high school in June and her prom is next week. We've been busy getting things together. I know all the mall walking is good for you as is any exercise. If you would like to see just how many calories you burn with exercise check here. Here are some tips for some extra weight loss. Park in the furthest spot from the entrance to where you are going, take the stairs instead of an elevator, give up sugary soda and juices. I bet you don't realize how many calories you would save just by substituting water or diet drinks. A soda pop is around 150 calories for 12 ounces. Orange juice is about 100 calories for 8 ounces. Add those up and just see how much weight can be added by your intake of the wrong fluids. Giving those up may be just what you need to get going.
