Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

Dieting and losing weight are not easy. If they were, rates of overweight and obesity would be much lower. But many dieters do manage to lose weight and change their body shape by following a sensible weight loss diet plan that offers slow, steady weight loss, and by taking regular physical exercise. To help you lose weight here are a few questions to ask yourself concerning weight loss attitudes and benefits.

1. Why do you want to lose weight? Make sure you have other benefits besides changing your appearance.

2. Are you ready to lose weight? This is important so it leads to long term weight control.

3. What is the best way to lose weight? You have to consider your needs. There is no best way for everyone.

Be sure to read the article on diet guidelines to lose weight safely. I've also included an article on willingness to lose weightHave a good week!

Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy!

Easy Tip Of The Week:
