What could that be? Was it a bad diet plan? No plan? Too much exercise? Boring Diet? Too few calories? No treats? No support? Too expensive? Little motivation? No energy? Too much stress? Sudden binge? Just wasn't working? Took too long to lose weight? Too gassy? Tired of dieting? Nope. Wasn't any of the above. So....what could it be? Why did your last diet really fail? The ONLY reason that your last diet failed was because you wanted to eat MORE than you wanted to lose weight. The ONLY reason that a diet fails is simply because a person chooses to return to their former dieting habits rather than continue on the crooked, healthier path. It's much easier to stay on the path with less rules. It's so important to have a Diet plan in place with goals, and support, and variety, and to incorporate tasty foods, and healthy foods, and treats, and the right amount of exercise, and to make it interesting and fun, and affordable, and to have patience and most importantly, to know that if we seriously want to lose weight, that we have to want to lose weight MORE than we want that goody that will ruin our diet plan. Think about it! Be sure to read the article on rapid weight loss strategies. I've also included an article on losing and keeping weight off. Have a good week! Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy! Pat Never go to the grocery store while you are hungry! You will almost always end up with something that you do not need such as junk food. The best way is to plan ahead and a use a grocery list. Remember that diet and exercise are a 50/50 ratio. If one or the other is missing you will be less likely to succeed! You can exercise until you fall over but if you are taking in too many calories you won't see dramatic changes in your appearance. And if you don't exercise your body will more likely use muscle for energy rather than fat. Aerobic exercise burns fat! Starvation eats up muscle! "If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results."
