Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

Summer is here and is a great time for exercise and grilling fresh food and vegetables. The other day I read that nearly 13 million people are dieting right now, many spurred on by the thought of baring flabby flesh on the beach and in the summer climates. Of the few that do reach their target weights, many will be probably be reunited with their love handles  when they return to their normal eating patterns.

That's why the secret of a successful diet is making it a part of your life. Do not make drastic changes. Simply incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your everyday plans. That way you will kiss those love handles goodbye once and for all.

Be sure to read the article called Why Are You Overweight.  I've also included an article regarding A Little Weight Loss Goes A Long WayHave a good week and Happy Easter!

Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy!

Easy Tip Of The Week:

Don't use the large dinner plates for your meals.
Place your food on a smaller salad plate or in a cup instead of a bowl.

Exercise

Begin with a "warm-up" session. Stretch muscles slowly to avoid injury during the actual exercise. Get your respiration, circulation, and body temperature to increase by beginning with some low-impact exercises. Your warm-up should last about three to five minutes.
