Everyone has there own personal reason to lose weight and that is the only reason you should lose weight. FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL REASONS. Only you, not for someone else. That is when you will find success in dieting. It does get tough to stay on an eating plan especially if you have a lot of
weight to lose but it can be done. Here a few tips to stay focused.
Don't deprive yourself. If you want dessert go ahead
and have it. Nothing kills a diet more than depriving yourself. Just remember
moderation. Spice up your diet with a variety of herbs and spices
so you don't get bored. Take a walk after your meal. It will leave you
feeling calm and contented. Learn yoga for an inner sense of peace. The slow
moving stretches and movements will help you immensely. Create a food journal. Besides including the food you
eat daily, add things like poems, thoughts on how you feel and written goals.
This will give you a great motivation to fall back on when the diet gets
tough. Hope these help! Be sure to read the article called It's Not Just About Dieting. I've also included an article regarding Right Sizing Your Meals. Have a good week! Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy! Pat Although there is nothing better than eating fresh fruits and vegetables, multivitamins offer a quick and easy alternative to make sure you’re getting all the important vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy. Stand up straight, hold your head up high and get more out of your workouts and your walks. Standing upright and supporting your own bodyweight uses the stabilizing muscles of the body. The more muscles you use during any exercise... the more fat burning your body can do! "Eat... to live, and do not live to eat."
