What makes the difference? Knowledge and a sincere desire to accomplish what you set out to do. In other words, be serious! While the dieting industry makes billions of dollars every year, don't be fooled! Most things will not work. Stick to the basic guidelines that the majority of experts speak of. Avoid things that are revolutionary, ground-breaking, hidden or promise you something that seems a little too much. While most people are trying to run from working hard, which is the reason why these programs sell, they usually just end up worse off than they were to start with...which brings me back my original idea, you have to really want it! Be sure to read the article on tips for a healthy and physically balanced body. I've also included an article with information on the top ten strategies for permanent weight loss. Have a good week! Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy! Pat Take sugar off your grocery list, brown sugar too. Besides being devoid of nutrients, sugar also causes tooth decay, obesity, heart disease and diabetes. Alcohol is extremely high in sugar. If you have problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes or heart disease, you shouldn't drink any alcohol. If you need a sweetener, use honey, pure maple syrup and apple juice are healthy replacements for sugar.
A proper exercise
program must include: "You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be."
