To lose a pound a month, all you need to do is cut 100 calories a day from your diet, assuming the calories consumed and burned remains the same. That's because a pound of body fat is equal to about 3,500 calories. So if you cut 100 calories a day for 31 days, you're cutting 3,100 calories--or about a pound. Some examples of 100 calorie items:

will have healthier eating habits. Many people unconsciously hold their breath while stretching. This causes tension in their muscles, which in turn makes it very difficult to stretch. To avoid this consciously make the effort to breathe slowly and easily during your stretching exercises. Breathing promotes blood flow and increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. Additionally, breathing slowly and easily helps to relax your muscles, which makes stretching easier and more beneficial to your system.
