I know for me to have a good week I have to make sure I drink the recommended quantity of water which is at least 6 glasses per day. Not only does it make you feel full, it actually speeds up your metabolism and helps to burn calories. You should try to drink water instead of sodas because it has no calories and is caffeine free. At one time in my life I could never drink diet soda and now that is all I
drink. A regular soda is too sweet for me now. I hope I can get
that way with water too. I know its so much better all around. My
goal for the coming week is to drink my water. Pat P.S. Happy first day of Autumn! Don't deprive yourself! If you really enjoy eating a certain food, plan for it. Make it a reward for doing extra sit-ups or for spending more time on an exercise. Regular physical exercise is an important part of effective weight control and weight maintenance. 375º. Scrub potatoes; pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape. Bake about 45
