Most foods are tasted for only three seconds, then are swallowed and are gone. If you chew every bite at least 20 times and you will be much more satisfied. Make your exercise as enjoyable as possible. For example, if you're a walker, you may want to get a good CD player to listen to music or books on tape, etc. If you're exercising inside, set up a TV so that you can watch it while exercising.
