Hi,

Welcome to all of our new subscribers, I'm glad you're here. To all of our old subscribers I'm glad you're here too!

Most of us know probably know what it like to eat for all the wrong reasons. You may eat  because you are angry, sad, bored, lonely, or tired, or because you are celebrating, grieving, or getting ready to go on another diet. Many times your eating probably has nothing  to do with hunger. That's because you don't  let your body get hungry.

The next time you go to eat something that is not on your plan or is more than you planned to eat, ask yourself if you are really hunger. There is a difference between your mind telling you to eat and what your body really physically feels. Eating when you're hungry is not what causes weight gain; you put on pounds when your body has no need for food and you eat anyway. To reach your natural weight, you not only need to eat when you're physically hungry, but to stop when your body has had enough.

This week I've included an information article called The World's Most Simple Diet.  Have a good week!

Until next time...stay on your plan and stay healthy!

Easy Tip Of The Week:

Sometimes when the scale is stuck on a certain number its just water weight. To prevent this, watch your salt intake, drink more water, and be patient. Come next week, you may suddenly drop the few pounds you were hanging on to as your body starts adjusting.

Exercise

Exercise regularly. Pick a time that works for you to exercise, then make it a habit, like brushing your teeth.
