Avoid buffets. Too many choices offer too many chances to fail. 2. Get in exercise whenever you can. Walk and see the sights. It is always the best way to tour an area. 3. Carry a water bottle with you and use it constantly. 4. If you can, carry some fruit with you if you get the munchies or a lot of outdoor markets areas sell fresh fruit. 5. If you have a sweet tooth try a coffee at a gourmet coffee shop. they are everywhere now and all of them offer fat free creamers and flavors give you the dessert taste you may be craving.
