I did what I could when I could which helped me overall stay in control. If you keep focused on the small achievements you will reap the big benefits. All the small things you do add up to big losses in the end. One step at a time. A journey consists of a thousand steps. All these "clichés" offer advice that are pertinent to weight loss. You need to just do a little at a time. Don't look at the entire process at once. If you have to lose 80 pounds, don't look at it as 80 pounds but break it up into smaller goals such as 8 pound increments and strive to achieve the smaller goals. It will help you because the 80 pounds sounds unattainable while the 8 pound goals are much more achievable and as you reach each goal it will give you more confidence towards the next level. Stick with the small steps and reward yourself when you achieve them and believe in yourself so that you can make it all the way. Here is something you may want to look at to help you lose weight. Pat When you don't eat well-balanced meals during the day or skip them entirely you will end up so famished by the time you do eat that you're far more likely to binge. A reliable way to keep your appetite from getting out of control is to incorporate good sources of protein into your meals.
